How much is shipping at your boutique?
Shipping is a $6.00 for the first items and $3 for each additional item. We ship via USPS Priority, Overnight 2-day Express and International orders.
How long will it take to make my order?
Most products will ship via USPS, 4 weeks (28 days) after your purchase has been made. There are exceptions to this policy, as custom orders will take longer, as well as orders where a color or size you have requested is out of stock. Please note that this does not include shipping/transit times. When an item is shipped from Blissy Couture a delivery confirmation number will be given to you. This is for your records, as well as ours as it helps us to track the status of your purchase after it has left our office. As the customer, we ask that you always submit a valid shipping address. Please make sure your paypal is updated with your correct address as well. We are not responsible for old addresses. We always ship using Paypal Shipping and always ship to the address that you have on your paypal account file. If you would like your product shipped as a gift to another address please make sure you write the "ship to" address in the notes section provided when placing you order. Blissy Couture is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times, as these are circumstances that are out of our control. We will do our best on our end to ensure that you receive your item, but there are circumstances beyond our means. Blissy Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages and/or products. We strongly suggest that our United States residents purchase Shipping Insurance. This small fee can be a life saver in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged product. If you need an item for a special event, please contact us!
At Blissy Couture, we understand that many of our products are purchased for upcoming events, such as Birthdays, Holidays and Special Occasions. Therefore, we ask that you make payment on your item as soon as possible so that we can do our best to make sure that you receive your item as quickly as possible. If your item needs to arrive before a certain date, please make sure that you have asked if the item can be made and shipped in time for your event. Because all of our items are handmade and in such high demand, we ask that you purchase your products well in advance.
Do you ship your Tutus and Products Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally. We charge an international fee of $15.00. If you have a large order, we charge more to cover the cost of shipping.
What forms of Payment do you Accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal. Paypal accounts are free, and you can pay securely using your checking account or credit card.
Can I place my order by phone?
We do not offer phone orders at this time. We are a business operated by stay at home mom's. To keep our product cost low and shipping fast, we ask that you please order via our website. This is the most convient method for us. If you have any questions, please email us.Girls
Is your boutique a safe and secure website?
All of our payments are collected on a "Secure" server. When checking out, you will see the address bar on our website will read: https: instead of just http...the "s" stands for secure.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Customer security is a priority for us. We have taken steps to maintain your privacy. Which includes not selling or renting out our customers information to any company. All information collected is used for proccessing your order only.
What is your return policy?
Due to the time that goes into making custom, hand-crafted items, all sales are final unless there is a mistake on our part in fulfilling your order (such as the wrong item, size, color, sleeve length sent). We do not accept returns nor offer refunds for any other reason. Blissy Couture makes sure to inspect every item that ships from our shop to make sure that there are no spots, tares, or imperfections. Each item is placed in the package by the designer to ensure your product is ready to wear. All of Blissy Couture items are dry clean items only. Please do not wash any hand made item in a machine or in hot water. All Blissy Couture clothing designs and many of the other handmade items in the Blissy Couture boutique are made to order with the information you provide. So please double check your order for accuracy to make sure there are no typos, sizing or other option errors.
Can I rush My Order?
Yes, rush orders are available for a flat rate of $25 per order. Rush orders will ship within 3 business days. Not including shipping time of 2-3 days. Rush orders do not include shipping. It just places your order ahead of all others.
